Membership
Being a member also means influence in the HRF. You can have an effect through pushing your issues. You can also be active in the organisation through, for example, being an elected representative at you workplace.
Having an effect
All work is based on your own workplace. This is where you and your fellow employees discuss your work situation.
You also choose your union representatives, who represent you both in negotiations with your employer and in the HRF, when our demands and ideas are being formulated.
Being active
By being active yourself, you’ll get much more out of your membership. You’re part of the changes, you’ll meet new people, and you’ll do things you couldn’t do – or perhaps wouldn’t dare to do – alone.
You’ll support yourself in improving your conditions!
